A full-service Resort and Spa Condo Hotel with unparalleled amenities such as 2 heated all-season outdoor pools, 3 outdoor jacuzzi’s, dry and steam saunas, fitness center, golf-in/golf-out 18 hole Championship Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. (groomed for cross country skiing in winter months), ice rink, tennis courts, bike rentals (road, gravel, mtn and e-bikes) and much more for all season family activities.

Explore the scenic nature trails meandering thru and above Olympic Valley.  Take the Palisades-Tahoe Tram up to High Camp (8200’) and hike mountain peak trails.  Learn to fly fish in the trout stocked pond on the golf course. Hike or bike the Truckee River Trail, to and from Tahoe City and the North Shore of Lake Tahoe (5 miles 1-way).  In summer Season float the Truckee River, rent a boat or paddle board on gorgeous pristine Lake Tahoe.

Check in will be conducted with hotel staff at the front desk upon arrival. Guests will be provided room/resort access keys and Wifi details at check in. A credit card will be required by the resort for incidentals, room service, parking etc.

Housekeeping
Just as when you book an individually owned home/condo with an online booking platform, your cleaning fee covers the cleaning at checkout not mid stay cleanings as one would expect in a hotel experience. *Trip insurance- The Lake Tahoe region sees snowstorms in the winter that impact travel. In the summer and early fall there may be wildfire or wildfire smoke. These are seasonal events outside our control and there are no refunds for these natural weather occurrences/patterns. Trip insurance is advised and maybe purchased through Airbnb as part of the booking process.

- **Anonymous**: "The only to big that’s a bit weird is if you need anything like nee towels or linens, you cant contact the hotel. You have to contact the property manager through the airbnb app. 

Also, note there is no in unit laundry. It is pretty convenient to use thigh as it is down the hall. Only challenge is it takes coins so you need cash for the change machine. 

Overall, great spot for its amenities like the pool and ski access… and decent view from the unit." (10/5)

The Everline is a great place to stay if you are skiing at Palisades, as it has everything you need, including restaurants, shops, ski valet, a pool, a dedicated chair lift and ice skating all at the hotel. Check in was easy and we arrived very late (1:30 AM). Condo is functional, tight for 4 but I knew that would be the case. Kitchen was well supplied and we had access to all resort amenities  except daily housekeeping which I always decline anyways. Response time was excellent. The only challenge was finding the switch to turn on fireplace which is right around the wall next to fireplace…so not that hard just user error on that one." (10/5)
